Students from partner schools can post their profile and desire for an internship/job on the platform and apply for a vacant position. Companies can post an internship and job offer and make offers to students with a suitable profile. Upon agreement with the school, student profiles can be transferred directly to the platform (if the student has expressed a wish).
The possibility of involving specialists and researchers - the purpose of the service is to include practitioners in higher education institutions' (educational) processes and researchers'/lecturers' business processes to enrich their work, mediate experiences, and develop them. The school offers opportunities on the platform where the contribution of a practitioner (specialist employee of the company) is expected. For example, the platform has proposed to apply for a guest lecturer, defence committee member, student supervisor or mentor, reviewer, etc. All employees of companies on the campus can apply for offers from higher education institutions. Campus employees can also put up their profiles and wishes, which higher education institution activities they would like to be involved in, and higher education institutions can offer them directly. Campus companies have the opportunity to submit engagement invitations to university researchers/teaching staff on the platform - for example, to conduct research, advise, contribute to a project, do internships, etc., and researchers/teaching staff have the opportunity to both apply and submit their profiles and wishes to be involved in the companies' activities.

University lecturers (or students) can use them in their studies in agreement with the company (e.g. for student teams to solve in a course, as a thesis topic, as a project practice task, etc.). Lecturers can also request which tasks they need, and if companies have a suitable need, they can submit their assignments to be solved.
